The Real Property Probate and Trust Society
The Real Property, Probate, and Trust Law (RPPTL) Society is Miami Law’s all-encompassing organization for students interested in real estate, probate, and trust law. Our mission is to spark student interest in these fields while providing meaningful opportunities for professional growth.
We focus on a wide range of practice areas, including real estate transactions, development, trusts & estates, probate, construction, finance, and hospitality. Through our close connection with the Florida Bar’s RPPTL Section, the
RPD LL.M. and
Estate Planning LL.M. programs, and the local legal community, members gain access to extensive networking and educational opportunities.
RPPTL hosts lectures with prominent practitioners, sponsors hands-on workshops to sharpen practical skills, and provides a forum for students to discuss contemporary issues in real property, probate, and trust law. By fostering relationships with attorneys and industry leaders, RPPTL helps prepare students for careers in these dynamic areas of practice.
