The If/When/How Miami Law Chapter empowers the University of Miami community to advance reproductive rights and justice through education, advocacy, community engagement, and pro bono service. We are committed to fostering inclusive dialogue around bodily autonomy, birthing justice, and access to safe, culturally competent care, while acknowledging that reproductive justice is deeply intersectional—shaped by and connected to other legal systems, including immigration, criminal justice, housing, and economic equity. Our work centers the voices and experiences of those most affected, ensuring these critical issues remain central to legal and social justice efforts
